Hello,

Why my rental property depreciation reduction is zero for this year? It was 5625 last several years. I searched online and it showed Turbo tax users encounter this issue frequently. How I can get this fixed?

Have you reviewed the information entered for this asset? It may not have changed, but the act of reviewing may allow the program to recalculate depreciation.

Thank you for your timely response. I deleted the asset and entered all the information again. It worked as expected after that. XW
