Real Estate Taxes

Yes, provided they were hired for issues with the property taxes on the rental properties only. If this was for all three properties, then you'll need to split that expense across all three. If this included non-rental property such as your personal residence, then you can only claim that portion/percentage that relates to the rental properties only.
