Why can't I get my stock sale accepted?

investment sales keeps getting "review"

In my experience TurboTax doesn't simply throw up a simple "Review" prompt without an attempt of some sort to indicate what the problem is or where it lies.  Sometimes it's a window with a field highlighted, often with some verbiage giving you some direction.  Are you getting a one-word "review" message, and nothing else?
