I only see Sold/Disposed of property, Converted Home to Rental, or Rented part of Home.

Under the Wages & Income tab, pick the option to choose what to work on, and then scroll down to the Rental Properties and Royalties area.

What is Capital Gains Tax and how do I know if I have to pay that Tax and how much I will have to pay on that Tax?
