What do I do if I can't find my closing documents for converting a home to a rental property? Can I just leave the fields blank?

Yes, you can leave it blank, however, it would be better if you had this information to enter now so that your carrying costs of your rental properties is accurately reflected in TurboTax. This is used to compute your depreciation on your rental. Can you get a hold of the title company for a copy of these documents?
