Wealthscape Investors not in dropdown menu

I want to download 1099s from Wealthscape Investors it's not in the dropdown menu. the Wealthscape website says they can be downloaded into Turbotax but HOW??

they may be using a clearing firm from which you would have to download the documents.   you would need to contact Wealthscape to find out the name and procedure

i learned their actual name is National Financial...wouldn't that be nice if it were on any of their documents? they gave me a half a dozen name, none of which were on turbotax. i found it on google!
