Residential Rental Depreciation Amount Not Showing Up in Summary

I have other rentals from TurboTax 2018 that I ported over to TurboTax 2019.  Their depreciation amounts are correctly displayed on each property's summary page.

I added one more rental for 2019 and I cannot get the Depreciation Amount to register on the new rental property's summary page.  It is showing $0 even though the Asset summary shows a Depreciation Amount.

I have triple checked the dates for asset acquired vs asset placed into service.

Screenshots of the problem are below.

Depreciation Amount is showing up correctly in Asset Summary as shown below.Showing a Depreciation AmountShowing a Depreciation Amount

After clicking Done.  The Depreciation Amount is still missing in the Summary Page below.

OK ... that is where you made your ERROR ... once the property was CONVERTED to a rental you did NOT use it personally any longer ... READ that screen again ... it told you to NOT enter any personal days ... go slow and read all the words on all the screens if this is something new to you ....
