No. TurboTax only knows what you tell it - right or wrong. It cannot verify your data.
When self-employed as you are, you are required to report all of your business income from all sources weather you get a 1099-MISC or not. The form is not required for you to report it. But not having it does not negate your requirement to claim the income.
