I entered my 1099-r in turbotax but didnt get the special handeling spot for MA

Here are the steps: 

In TurboTax online,

• Sign in to your account, follow prompts
• From the upper right menu, select Search and type in 1099r and Enter
• Select the Jump to 1099r
• Follow prompts
• On the 1099 -R replica screen, make sure the box for IRA is unchecked. 
• Next screen, Let's Double-Check Your Info, select No, the box is blank
• Follow prompts
• On screen, MA Special Handling About This 1099-R, enter information

You said MA...that normally means Massachusetts. Did you mean Maryland (MD)?
