cost basis for rental property after husband dies

Hi, I had a similar situation, my wife passed away in 2020 but I did  not sell the rental property and did not realize I needed to retire the original asset on my 2020 tax return. I sold the house in 2022, and am trying to figure out how to report it correctly, since TT2022 only asks if I converted it to personal use _in 2022_. Do I need to amend my 2020 and 2021 returns, or is there a way to do it in 2022?
