On my 2018 tax return, I forgot to enter the capital loss carryover from 2017. How do I enter that on my 2019 return?

You can enter this in your 2019 return by going to:

federal> wages and income>investment income>capital loss carryover
This will ask you a series of questions that if you know what your 2018 carryover amounts are: You will need to factor in 2017 carryover amounts in your totals.
