On 1099-DIV, where do I find Package ID and Document ID?

If you are trying to import your Form 1099-DIV from your financial institution, then the TurboTax import screen will show you where to find the information needed for the import. You will generally need the actual tax document in hand to find the specific information required to import the document.

If you cannot locate it, you can always change how you enter your form and type the data yourself.
