Non Resident of NH - Sold NH Rental property

I am non-resident of NH and made a profit of $100,000 after selling a rental property in New Hampshire.

Also, depreciation of this unit is $50,000 after 10 years. So, total profit is $150,000.

Do I need to pay NH tax of this ?

No. NH only taxes dividends and interest.
