My 23 year old daughter and son in law live with me. i pay all of the bills in and i am the one renting the home. they work fulltime and filed their own income tax.

she and her husband filed their own income tax.  can I still claim her?

No.  You cannot claim a married person who filed a joint return.  Nor can you claim a 23-year-old non-student who had gross income of $4050 or more.

No.  You cannot claim a married person who filed a joint return.  Nor can you claim a 23-year-old non-student who had gross income of $4050 or more.
