My 1099b has options trade subject to 1256 reporting, none are marked to the market, is it ok to reflect those losses as a summary?

Yes, you can summarize, keep all of  your records with your return should you need to answer any questions at a later date.

If you did not have a Form 1099B you would be required to list each transaction separately.
