Long Term Capital Gains Included in MAGI?

Question: I'm getting ready to withdraw (sell) stocks that were held in a UGMA account since 1995. Since the stocks were held for over 20 years I understand the Capital Gains will be considered long term capital gains. However will these gains be included in MAGI as it relates to the Healthcare Marketplace Federal Poverty Level?

Long Term Capital Gains Included in MAGI?

they are included in Adjusted Gross Income. MAGI is Adjusted Gross Income + a few other items.  Capital gains whether short or long term do not reduce MAGI.
