K1 and Taxes for ROTH IRA LLC - 1065

We lent money to another LLC at fixed interest Non a note backed by Real Estate. (Mortgagee and Mortgagor relationship) There were no other loans on the Real Estate (no UBIT). Now, we have income in our 2 member ROTH IRA LLC.  I will refer to it as  MY ROTH IRA LLC, which is owned by my Roth IRA and my partner's Roth IRA.

I'm stuck and looking for some assistance with IRS forms in TurboTax Business. I almost there but running into issues

I know MY ROTH IRA LLC need to issue K1s to it's partners i.e. ROTH IRA of Partner/member 1 and ROTH IRA of Partner/member 2. Following information has be already completed. See below:-

ID No: Custodian Tax ID 26-2627205 (That's custodian's EIN - I cannot use my SSN)

Name: Forge Trust Co., CFBO (my name)

Address: 1160 Industrial Road, Suite 1, San Carlos, CA (Custodian mailing address not where they are incorporated)

Is the Partner a retirement plan (IRA/SEP): I checked YES

Partner Type: I'm not sure what to choose? T - Trust or NR - Nominee - IRA or Something else

Part V - I selected PR - Partnership Rep because my IRA own the part of LLC, I'm a manager not a member or a partner. I put my home address and phone for this section.

Am I doing it correctly? Thanks
