K-1 Interest Expense not flowing through to Form 4952

Interest expense on Line 13 Code H is not flowing through to the deductions of my 1040, essentially treating it as non-deductible.  This exact same line in every previous years tax return, and for all of my K-1 investments, was treated as deductible and flowed through to Form 4952.  Is there a bug in this years software preventing it from flowing to the form?
