I purchased an out of state investment property. Is Turbotax sufficient to capture the tax and depreciation benefits of this investment? If so which Turbotax product or level of service is needed?

Is this property for rental use or just a second home or investment property?

TurboTax can handle rental property. If you want to use an online version of TurboTax, you will have to purchase TurboTax Premium.

You can also use any desktop (installed and run on a computer) version of TurboTax.
