I sold some stock last year and one of the transactions is listed as one lot of shares of stock when it was actually two lots obtained on two different dates. Fix?

You do not have to Fix anything. Report the sale of the stock as it is reported on your Form 1099-B.

This lot of shares were acquired at two different times and had a missing cost bases. I need to add the cost basses for the two separate times.
