I sold a rental house in 2018. In tax years 2011 & 2012 I owned other rental houses. I see Form 4562 for the other properties but not for the house I sold in 2018.

In the Rental section, you can set up the property you sold in 2018 in the Property Profile and Assets/Depreciation section, reporting the cost, when you started renting the house, and date you sold it.

TurboTax will calculate the accumulated depreciation for you to report the sale of the property correctly.
