I sent out 1099 NEC for contract work done on my rental properties. Do I list them under my business( Godwin Properties) or under each individual rentals?

it should be split among the properties.  Since that can't be done through 1 1099-NEC entry either you make multiple 1099-NEC entries one for each property involved or skip it altogether and enter the amount when you get to each rental properrties expense section.
