I received a referral fee for referring new tenants to the apartment in which I reside - this was reported in a 1099-MISC, Box 7. How does this get reported in TurboTax?

I'm not sure how to "Describe the reason for the 1099-MISC" and I don't know if any "uncommon situations apply". I also don't know if it involved an "intent to earn money". Help please!

Enter it as "Income from 1099-misc< put info in and box 7< write "referral fee"<choose this was manufacturers incentive payment located near the bottom.
