I paid rent but not the utilities. How do I change my state because it will not let me move forward.

I do not qualify for heat credit because the utilities weren't in my name but it keeps telling me to provide my heat provider.

Delete the related tax form (for Michigan MI-1040CR-7) by following the steps below:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Select Tax Tools then Tools from the left menu.
3. Select Delete a form .
4. Locate the form and click Delete next to it.
