I own 75% of a rental property. Turbo Tax will calculate 75% of expenses for my Schedule E, but does it calculate 75% of the depreciation as well?

The depreciation shown on Schedule E appears to represent 100% of the property, not 75% ownership.

When you enter the rental asset, enter only the acquisition cost that applies to the portion you own. TurboTax will not make that calculation for you as it does for rental expenses.
