I have received a 1098 for a rental property I own. Following prompts, I've entered the property tax on Sch E and in Deductions and Credits. Is this correct?

It depends, if the property is only a rental then you will only enter it on Schedule E. If only part of the home is rented and you use part of it then the property tax will be divided between the rental and personal use in Deduction and Credits.

LLC made 40k in 24'. Sold a home in 24' after 6 months and made a 200k profit. Can i purchase a truck in 24' for business to offset?
