When information is scattered in multiple threads it's confusing and hard to follow, and hard to see the whole picture. If you want to add more information or post a follow-up question, add a reply to your original question.
It doesn't matter how many doctors you have been to. If you are claiming an itemized deduction for medical expenses you enter the total amount that you paid to all the doctors. You do not have to list each doctor separately.
