"adult" can mean different things to different people so I'll assume she's over 24. that means she can't be a qualifying child but can be a qualifying relative

1) meets relationship test - your daughter does
2) her gross income for 2019 less than $4,200
3) you provide over ½ her support

so based on your info you can claim her as a dependent.

I adopted my daughter as a single parent in 2003. There is no father. Why cant i claim head of household? She is a full time student in college.
