I am military, stationed in Hawaii. I have a rental property in Alaska. However my home of record is Pennsylvania. Which state do I claim the rental income

You must report the rental income in Pennsylvania, your resident state.  You usually also report the income to the state where the property is located, but in this case, Alaska does not have an income tax.

I have a similar question. I'm active duty military, stationed in Washington state and Texas in 2018, home of record is Guam. My rental property is in Hawaii. Spouse did not work in 2018. Do we file a state tax for Hawaii?
