I have a rental property that my daughter rents. She is now on Disability and cannot work. Can I claim the lost of revenue for the year?

no.  first since you collect rent there's nothing to deduct. since this is rented to a relative at less than fair market value expenses are limited to rental income.   you also have to list as personal days all the days she did not pay fair market value.   this is true regardless of wether she is disabled or not
