How to fix TT entry for not enough tax withheld for 2020?

I did not TT for 2019 tax filing. When I use for 2020, for some reason it is adding penalty for not enough tax withheld. However, I did meet the 2020 requirement as I paid 110% of 2019 tax in 2020 so there should be no penalty. 

 

Where do I fix that in Turbo Tax? Thanks!
