How should I proceed if my 1099-MISC has $0 in royalty income, but neither choice applies?

Neither of the 2 choices apply: Investment income from property you own & Royalty income from your business, including artist royalties or operating a natural resources business (Schedule C).

I get income for a nearby wind turbine. The 1099misc reports it as rental income, which makes it hard to answer questions. May I report it as a royalty instead?
