How do you enter an international rental property address into Turbo Tax online Schedule E

I've used Turbo Tax Online each year. In previous tax year I input rental properties owned outside the USA in the Schedule E section.  No issue and no error on review.

This year, the federal review flags missing data (State and Zip code) and offers to let me input those data items ONLY.  The Foreign State

Previous message cut..... The foreign state/province and country blocks are shown in the review screen but are unavailable for data entry.
