How do I purchase a savings bond?

You can purchase US Series I savings bonds with your federal tax refund. You'll see an option for that when you go to file your tax return in TurboTax. You will be asked how you want to receive your refund, one option will be to purchase the bonds. You can invest up to $5,000 of your refund in the bonds.
