How do I handle the apartment in which my parents are living but not paying any rent to me ?

I have an apartment in India ( apartment is in my name) and my parents live in that apartment. They don't pay me any rent but they directly pay annual maintenance charges ( similar to HOA) to the apartment society. How do I handle this when filing US Taxes ? Do I have to declare this at all ? If so , should income be stated as 0$ ?

You don't have anything you need to report on your US tax return.  The apartment is not a rental, you're not collecting any rent.
