Could you be a bit more specific. Reading between the lines, you are no longer employed by that company and on leaving the company liquidated company stock that was in some employee benefit plan. Is that correct?
If so, tell us more about the benefit plan. Was it an employee stock purchase plan? Was it a vested stock option that you had not exercised before leaving? ... ?
In any case, whether you withdrew the money is irrelevant after this taxable event. If my guess is accurate, look at

and replace 1099-MISC with 1099-NEC and proceed accordingly. (1099-MISC used to be used for many different things. Now 1099-NEC is used specifically for nonemployee compensation.)
