My screen shows you are using "TurboTax Online" so I don't know what version you have. With the online program, you have to be using at least the Premier version or higher in order to successfully import prior year's rental information.
I suggest you clear the return and start over, making sure to select the Premier version or higher. I don't use the online version, but it's my understanding that the "Clear and start over" option is somewhere under "Tools" on the left.
Thank you for the help. I'm actually using the home and business on my laptop. I believe I figured out how to report it.
