FOREX taxes

Hi,

1. I traded FOREX currency with an unregulated broker outside of the U.S. and so I am wondering how I will file this in my tax return since I made a net loss and since they do not issue and sort of foms.

2. How far back can I go to get taxes done for FOREX with a regulated foreign broker?

I filed my taxes and it has been brought to my attention that in my direct deposit information it’s two accounts one I’m aware of
