For rentals/royalties expenses - where should I put transient occupancy tax? can I use Other Expenses since it 100% attributable to the vacation rental fees? thanks

See the image below. It's the second "Enter Common Expenses" screen. See what's circled there? That's where you enter the total of all non-real estate taxes directly related to the property and/or your business use of it.

If I only worked 3-4 months out of 2023 should I still put my occupation job as office assistant? Do I say still working at (whatever business)
