Exempt Interest has no state association

On my 1099-DIV, I have Arizona Muni's, Michigan Muni's, and EV National Muni's.  Turbo Tax asks for associated states for Tax-Exempt Interest Dividends. EV National does not have a state association and Turbo Tax will not let me go on until I associate a state.  How do I work around the problem?
