Don't know what to put in the passive disallowed loss

did you use TT last year?  did you transfer 2018 data  to 2019?  if so any passive loss carryovers should have transferred.     however, we can't see your returns so it can't be said for sure. Passive losses can arise from a variety of sources such as rental real estate losses and losses from partnerships and s-corps. if you are self-employed, then there would likely be no passive losses from this activity.
