Do internet, HBO max, and security camera service count as utilities for rental property schedule E?

If not, can these be deducted as "other" schedule E expenses?

The security camera service is a monthly charge to record video of exterior cameras.

Any and all ordinary and necessary expenses can be deducted from your rental income.
