Do I enter my rental income under Rental properties (schedule E) or under my Home Office income? (for my rental properties).

Rental income is reported on Schedule E.

Sorry, I actually need to know how to tie my home office expenses and rental income together. Since rental income is in Schedule E, it's showing I have no income under Home Office, and therefore not giving me any deductions. Make sense?
