Did not rent out condo in 2018 and did for 2016 and 2017. Can I still deduct depreciation?

No - not unless it was available to be rented but you just couldn't find a tenant. If it was off the market you can't take the expenses, including depreciation, of a rental .

No - not unless it was available to be rented but you just couldn't find a tenant. If it was off the market you can't take the expenses, including depreciation, of a rental .
