Search for worthless stocks in the TurboTax search box

Click the Jump to worthless stocks link in the search results

Answer Yes to the question Did you sell any investments?

Click on the Other button and Continue,

Tell us more about the sale

Enter information about who brokered sale and click Continue

Now we'll walk you through entering your sales details

Enter information about stock with proceeds as 0, and Continue

On the next page, enter as worthless and Continue 

Go to the Investments section of TurboTax.
