Can I get rid of the renter rebate on my taxes ?

I accidentally added it and now it keeps asking me for the % and before it was asking how much rent is.

As long as you have not filed your return, you can go back in and make any changes you need.  The renter rebate info is only found on State returns.  So click on State on the left side menu (or up top if you are using desktop) and select the option to go back over your state return.  Click through the screens until you get the the renters credit and make your changes.   You may have to answer some things to get to the end of the state return before you will be able to 'go back through/go over again' the state return.   Just click through them until you can start over.   You won't have any issues as long as you do not FILE the return before making changes.   If you still have issues, reply with what state and what version you are using.
