Can I depreciate the full basi in the first year ?

I'm paying for a truck, I don't have the title but repairs and maintenance are in charge of me.  Can I use section 179 deductions?  If so, can I deduct the full value in the first year?

You can use the Section 179 deduction, but the deduction is subject to dollar limitations and taxable (net) income limitations.

You can also use the special depreciation allowance (bonus depreciation).
