Threre is a spot in the business expenses section specifically for rents paid. Where that box is exactly, depends on what kind of return you're filing. SCH C for a sole proprietorship or single member LLC? Form 1065 for a multi-member LLC or Partnership? 1120-S for an S-Corp? 1120 for a C-Corp? But regardless, if you'll just work through the expenses section you should see a box where you can enter rents paid by the business.
