Can I claim the title, escrow, broker's commissions, survey fees, and seller's attorney fees as deductible expenses on my taxes for a rental property I sold in 2017?

I sold a rental property in early 2017 that I owned under an LLC.  I'm trying to find out if I can deduct the following fees as  business expenses:

- Title fees

- Escrow charges

- Title insurance

- County/state transfer taxes to the title complany

- Broker's Commission

- Survey fees

- Attorney fees

Yes, you can deduct all the expenses listed as selling expenses when you sell your rental property.
