Q. Do I show it as a net profit in PA state tax or a rental income in my the State tax where I have moved ?
A. Both.
The income is PA source income and must be reported on your PA return. But, since the income was received while you were a resident of your new state, it must also be reported on that return. Your new state will give you a credit for the PA tax paid on that specific income.
You file both states as a part year resident.
